On the morning of March 14, 2025, the Jiangxia District Education Bureau, in conjunction with the Dietary Committee of Jiangxia District No. 2 Middle School, organized more than 20 parent representatives to go to the Jiangxia Little Bee Factory of Hubei Nongfa Gutang Fresh Food Technology Co., Ltd., to carry out the Central Kitchen Open Day and food safety special project inspection activities. Through on-site visits, discussions and exchanges, meal feedback and other forms, the activity promoted home-school collaboration and co-governance, and created a new model of campus food safety management.
During the two-hour visit, the delegation went deep into the production line of the enterprise and inspected the core areas such as raw material acceptance area, intelligent processing workshop, air purification and decontamination center, focusing on understanding the traceability of ingredients, processing technology and hygiene control process. Through the visual monitoring system, we can fully grasp the whole quality control system of the enterprise from field to table, including the application of key technologies such as intelligent processing production line and physical disinfection matrix.
At the subsequent school-enterprise docking meeting, the two sides had an in-depth dialogue on food safety management. The person in charge of the enterprise gave a detailed introduction to the development process of the enterprise, product control process and execution standards. In response to the issues raised by the parent representatives such as the freshness of ingredients and special dietary needs, the cold chain logistics temperature control data, allergen partition storage specifications and nutritionist on-site deployment mechanism were demonstrated on the spot.
On the day of the event, representatives of the family committee returned to school to conduct blind testing and tasting of students' meals. Parents expressed high recognition for the taste and food safety of students' meals.
This open inspection activity marks that the campus food safety management in Jiangxia District has entered a new stage of "sunshine co-governance". Through the collaborative innovation of government, enterprise and school, a whole chain management system covering source control, production supervision and end point feedback has been built to build a safety barrier for the healthy growth of adolescents.
