1 Introduction

2 Detection principle
The free fatty acid produced by edible oil reacts with the detection reagent to generate colored compounds. The color depth is related to the degree of rancidity of edible oil samples. Control the color card and read out the content.

5 Sample measurement
1, the oil sample was taken with a clean and dry container about 5ml, and the oil sample temperature was adjusted to 255 ℃ and then tested;
2, the test paper is immersed in the oil sample and start timing, the test paper is immersed in the oil sample 1-2 seconds after removal, the excess oil sample is sucked off with absorbent paper from the side of the test paper, the test section of the test paper is placed flat side up;
3, when the timing reaches the colorimetric time calibrated by the colorimetric table, the color of the test paper is compared with the color block on the colorimetric table, and the detection result is determined that the value under the color block of the same color or similar color is the detection value of the sample, such as the color of the test paper between the two color blocks, the middle value of the two is taken.
