1 Introduction

Dichrome Sodium Salt Also known as Dichrome. Widely used in our country. It is an anticoagulant and highly effective rodenticide, which can cause internal bleeding and death. Highly toxic to humans and animals. Dichrome Sodium Salt Oral 0.06~ 0.25g can cause poisoning, 0.5~ 2.5g can be fatal.

2 Detection Principle

Dichrome Sodium Salt Also known as Dichrome, chemical name 2-diphenylacetyl-1,3-indenedione, can react with reagents to appear brick red. The color depth of the reaction product is proportional to the content of Dichrome Sodium Salt.

3 Detection range

Drinking water, colorless wine, milk, soy milk, grain, flour, poison bait, vomit, gastric dissolves and leftovers and other suspected poisoning samples.

5 Sample determination

5.1 Colorless liquid samples (such as drinking water, colorless wine) can be directly determined;

Colored liquid samples (such as soy milk, milk): take 2mL sample in 10mL centrifuge tube, add 5mL reagent B, shake up and down for more than 50 times, let stand and take the supernatant or filter the filtrate, to be tested;

Solid or semi-solid sample: take 2g sample in 10mL centrifuge tube, add 5mL reagent B to shake and extract, shake up and down for more than 50 times, let stand and take the supernatant or filter the filtrate, to be tested.

5 1 drop of the sample solution to be tested on the test paper. After the solution on the test paper is slightly dry, add 1 drop of reagent A to the origin. If there are brick red spots, it is a strong positive reaction. If there is a red ring, it is a weak positive reaction.

6 Precautions

6. 1 In order to improve the sensitivity of the method, you can drop the sample solution several times in the same place on the test paper. Each drop must wait for the test paper to be slightly dry before dropping.

6.2 If the test result is positive, you can use ethyl acetate for a blank control test. If necessary, the sample can be sent to the laboratory for further testing.

7 Storage conditions and valid period
