At the training meeting, the law enforcement officers of the Caidian District Market Supervision Bureau emphasized the main responsibility of school food safety and the key points of food safety risk control. In addition to the cleaning and disinfection of raw materials and equipment, the school should also conduct comprehensive disinfection of the operation and processing sites and dining environment, and check whether the "three defense facilities" are complete. At the same time, the law enforcement officers also made clear requirements for the improvement of campus food safety management, the management of the school canteen "Internet + bright kitchen", and the establishment of a school canteen bulk food supplier evaluation and exit mechanism. "The school is the first responsible subject of food safety for teachers and students, and must strictly control and eliminate food safety risks."
Subsequently, law enforcement officers also conducted a comprehensive interpretation and special training on the relevant policies and regulations for the investigation of hidden dangers of food safety risks on campus, and officially launched the special project for the investigation and rectification of food safety on campus in 2025. "In the special project operation, there will be 10 key investigation projects, including the implementation of the principal (principal) responsibility system, environmental hygiene, biological control of rat pests and other vectors, cleaning, disinfection and cleaning of reused catering utensils, procurement management of food raw materials, implementation of the purchase inspection system, employee training, contract management, food safety in off-campus catering units, and other food safety risks with outstanding problems." The relevant person in charge of the Caidian District Market Supervision Bureau said that the district market supervision department will jointly carry out a special project rectification action for one month with the District Education Bureau to fight the "active battle" of school food safety in the spring.
