three, the detection step
1, with a disposable straw suction 1 ml of soy milk sample in the detection tube, shaking 10 times, so that the detection tube powder is completely dissolved;
2, a drop of reagent A is added dropwise to the detection tube, shake well, if the color of the sample in the detection tube is original yellow or red, it means that the sample is fully cooked soy milk; if the color of the sample in the detection tube turns red, it means that the sample is raw soy milk or undercooked soy milk.
* Use of raw soy powder positive samples: first add 1 ml of cold water to the positive sample tube to dissolve the raw soy milk; then pour the raw soy milk into the detection tube, shake 10 times, so that the powder in the detection tube is completely dissolved, and then add 1 drop of reagent A in the detection tube, shake well, red is raw soy milk.
