1 Principle and Use

This product is made of the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography for detecting fluoroquinolone drug residues in tissue samples. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample hole of the detection card, the fluoroquinolone drug in the sample solution binds to the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the fluoroquinolone drug conjugate on the cellulose membrane. The result is judged according to the color development depth of the T-line and the C-line.

disposable cup, scissors, homogenizer, vortex mixer, electronic balance, tweezers, low speed centrifuge, pipette (0.1-1 ml), timer.

4 sample pretreatment

tissue samples:

(1) Take a certain amount of chopped adipose tissue samples, homogenized with a homogenizer;

(2) Weigh about 0.25 g of homogeneous material in the detection tube;

(3) Add 1 mL dilution, vigorous shaking for 1 minute;

(4) at room temperature 4000 rpm centrifuged for 5 minutes, supernatant as the liquid to be tested;

5 sample detection

(1) Tear off the aluminum foil bag of the detection card, remove the detection card/gold microporous/dropper (a total of 2 kinds of consumables), and place it on a flat, clean countertop.

(2) Use a pipette or a dropper in an aluminum foil bag to absorb the above test solution 120 µL (about 4 drops) in the sample hole (S) of the test card;

(3) Start timing after adding the sample, and leave it at room temperature for 8-10 minutes to judge the result.

6 results

negative: the test line T line shows that it is deeper or as deep as the quality control line C line, indicating that the fluoroquinolone content in the sample is lower than the detection limit or there is no residue;

positive: the test line T line has no color development or the T line is significantly lighter than the C line, indicating that the fluoroquinolone drug concentration in the sample is higher than the detection limit;

failure: In the detection window, the quality control line C line does not appear, which may be improperly operated or the test card is invalid.

7 Precautions

(1) Products that have expired or the aluminum foil bag is damaged cannot be used.

(2) When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and opened. The opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure after moisture.

(3) Do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test card.

(4) The liquid dropper should not be mixed to avoid cross-contamination.

(5) The liquid to be tested should be clear, free of cloudy particles, and free of bacterial contamination, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as blockage and insignificant color development, thus affecting the determination of experimental results.

(6) Please store the reagents in a place that is not easy for children to contact, and do not eat the reagents provided.

(7) If you need to directly test the standard product, please prepare it with the diluent provided in the kit.

8 Storage and shelf life

(1) Storage conditions: 4-30 ° C Store in the dark, do not freeze.

(2) Shelf life: 1 year, see the outer packaging for the production date.
