Instructions for Rapid Detection Card for Quinolones in Eggs
1 Principle and Use
This product is made using the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography for the detection of quinolone residues in poultry egg samples. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample hole of the test card, the fluoroquinolone drug in the sample solution binds to the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the fluoroquinolone drug conjugate on the cellulose membrane. The result is judged according to the color development depth of the T-line and the C-line.

4 sample pretreatment
(1) Break the fresh eggs into the cup and mix well (egg white and egg yolk are well mixed);
(2) Absorb 0.2 g of the well-mixed egg sample into the detection tube, and then add 1.2 mL dilution;
(3) Vortex for 1 minute or repeatedly suck the liquid in the tube with a straw (not less than 10 times), which is the liquid to be tested;
5 sample detection
(1) Remove the test strip and gold label micropores from the original packaging, please use as soon as possible after opening;
(2) Pipette 120 µL (about 4 drops) of the liquid to be tested, add it vertically to the gold label micropores, and repeatedly suck with a dropper or pipette to dissolve the red substance in the micropores , wait for the reaction for 2 minutes;
(3) all the liquid in the suction micropores is added dropwise to the sample hole of the detection card;
(4) start timing after adding the sample, and leave it at room temperature for 8-10 minutes to judge the result. Other time interpretation is invalid.
6 result judgment
Negative (-): T-line (detection line, near the end of the sample hole) is darker than or equal to C-line (control line) color development, both indicating that the concentration of the substance to be tested in the sample is below the detection limit or there is no residue of the substance to be tested.
Positive (+): T-line is lighter than C-line color development, or T-line is not colored, both indicating that the concentration of the substance to be tested in the sample is higher than the detection limit; T-line is shallower than C-line, indicating that the concentration of the substance to be tested in the sample is higher.
Invalid: The control line (C) does not appear purplish-red band, indicating that the operation process is incorrect or the test card has failed. In this case, the instructions should be read carefully again and re-tested with a new test card. If the problem still exists, do immediately stop using this batch of products and contact the supplier.
7 Precautions
(1) Please follow the operation steps to test, do not touch the color zone of the test strip during operation, and avoid direct sunlight and electric fan direct blowing during testing.
(2) This test strip is a one-time product, please do not reuse or mix test cards from different batches.
(3) When a positive result occurs, it is recommended to use this card for re-testing. The test results of this product are for reference only. If you need confirmation, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.
(4) If you need to directly test the standard, you need to use the special diluent in the kit to prepare.
(5) Please use the sample as soon as possible after processing, and the time process needs to re-process the sample for re-testing.
(6) Tap water, distilled water, purified water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.
8 Storage and shelf life
(1) Storage conditions: 4-30 ° C Store away from light, do not freeze.
(2) Shelf life: valid period 1 year, see outer packaging for production date.
