Summary

Nitroimidazole drugs are broad-spectrum antiworms, which can kill amoeba and are also effective against anaerobic bacteria and cocci. It is also used for surgical infections. It was selected by WHO as the basic drug for the treatment of anaerobic infections. Excessive metronidazole in food can easily cause loss of appetite, nausea, diarrhea, upper abdominal cramps and glossitis, gastritis, stomatitis and other adverse reactions. The State Food Supervision Administration stipulates that metronidazole and its analogues shall not be detected in food.

Detection principle

This product is made by applying the principle of competitive inhibition of colloidal gold immunochromatography. It is used to detect nitroimidazole residues in poultry egg samples. After the sample solution is dripped into the sample hole of the detection card, the sulfonamide drug in the sample solution is combined with the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the sulfonamide drug conjugate on the cellulose membrane. According to the color development depth of the T-line and the C-line judgment results.

Scope of application

This product is suitable for qualitative detection of nitroimidazole residues in aquatic products, livestock and poultry tissue samples.

(7) This product is a one-time product. Do not reuse or mix test cards from different batches.

(8) It is recommended to retest when positive results appear. The test results of this product are for reference only. If you need to confirm, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.

(10) Tap water, distilled water, purified water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.
