Nitroimidazole drugs are broad-spectrum antiworms, which can kill amoeba and are also effective against anaerobic bacteria and cocci. It is also used for surgical infections. It was selected by WHO as the basic drug for the treatment of anaerobic infections. Excessive metronidazole in food can easily cause loss of appetite, nausea, diarrhea, upper abdominal cramping and glossitis, gastritis, stomatitis and other adverse reactions. The State Food Supervision Administration stipulates that metronidazole and its analogues shall not be detected in food.

Detection principle

Nitroimidazole detection card is used for rapid detection of nitroimidazole residues in poultry egg samples. This product is made using the principle of competitive inhibition of colloidal gold immunochromatography and is used to detect nitroimidazole in samples. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample hole of the detection card, the nitroimidazole in the sample solution binds to the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the nitroimidazole conjugate on the cellulose membrane. Scope of application

(2) The test environment temperature should be controlled at 18~ 30 ℃. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the test results.

(10) Tap water, distilled water, purified water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.
