1. Method principle:

Fifth, detection steps:

absorb 1 mL of supernatant into a 1.5 mL colorimetric tube; add 3 drops of reagent A and 3 drops of reagent B in turn, leave for 5 minutes, visually compare colors with the standard color card, and find out the color similar to the hue of the solution in the tube The corresponding value of this color level is the hydrogen peroxide content in the food. If the color exceeds the highest value of the swatch, the sample can be diluted and determined, and the comparison result can be multiplied by the dilution multiple.
