Prochlorine Colloidal Gold Detection Card Instruction

[Product Introduction]

This detection card applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. The prochlorine in the sample binds to the specific antibody labeled with

colloidal gold during the flow process, inhibiting the binding of the antibody and the anti-

proto-BSA conjugate on the nitrocellulose membrane detection line (T-line), resulting in a change in the color of the detection line. Whether the sample contains

to be detected or not, the quality control line (C-line) will develop color to show that the detection is valid.

[Scope of Application]

This product is suitable for the qualitative detection of prochlorine in vegetable and fruit samples listed in the table below.

1, weigh 2 g of about 1 cm square size sample into 150 mL plastic cup (leaf vegetable samples with scissors cut into

inch size of about 1 cm x 1 cm leaves; rhizomes, nightshade fruits and fruit samples, first cut about 0.5 cm

slices with a knife, and then cut into a block size of about 1 cm x 1 cm sample);

2, shake the sample extract before use, add 4 mL of sample extract to the plastic cup (need to be evenly sprinkled on the sample table

surface), let stand for 2 min, hand shake Evenly for 30 s, the cup body is tilted, and the sample treatment solution is obtained. The sample treatment solution is further diluted according to the dilution method in the table

to obtain the sample liquid to be inspected.

[Operation Steps]

1 Please read the operation manual carefully before the experiment, and restore the test card and the sample to be inspected to room temperature before use;

2, remove the test card and the required number of micropores from the bag, please use it as soon as possible within 30 min to prevent moisture;

3, pipette 80 μL of the sample liquid to be inspected into the micropores, repeatedly pump until mixed, let stand for 2 min, suck

to take all the mixed liquid in the micropores, and add it to the sample loading hole (S hole) of the test card;

4, start timing, the reaction can be observed for 5-8 min, and the judgment is invalid after 10 min.

Negative (-): The color development of the T-line is darker than that of the C-line or the color development of the C-line and the T-line is consistent, indicating that the drug concentration in the sample is lower than the detection limit of

or does not contain drug residues.

Positive (+): The color development of the T-line is lighter than that of the C-line or has no color development, indicating that the drug concentration in the sample is higher than the detection limit.

Invalid: No C-line appears, may be improper or the test card has expired. In this case,

should read the instructions carefully again and re-test with a new test card.

[Precautions]

1, do not mix different batches of kits, do not use kits that exceed the valid period;

2, this test strip is a disposable product, do not reuse;

3, please strictly follow the operation steps for testing, do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test strip;

4, if the product is refrigerated, it needs to be restored to room temperature, and then tear open the outer package for testing;

5, do not use tap water, purified water and distilled water as a negative control;

6, if the product is found to be expired, damaged or contaminated at the time of purchase, please replace it at the place of purchase;

7, this product is a screening reagent, if necessary, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.
