1 Principle and use

This product is made of the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography for detecting sulfonamide drug residues in poultry egg samples. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample hole of the detection card, the sulfonamide drug in the sample solution binds to the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the sulfonamide drug conjugate on the cellulose membrane. Judgment result according to the color development depth of T-line and C-line.

Disposable cup, vortex mixer, electronic balance, pipette (0.1-1 ml), timer.

4 sample pretreatment

(1) Break fresh eggs into a cup and mix well (egg white and egg yolk are well mixed);

(2) Absorb 1 gram of well-mixed egg sample in the detection tube, and then add 5 mL dilution;

(3) Vibrate violently for 1 minute or repeatedly suck the liquid in the detection tube with a dropper (not less than 10 times), which is the sample liquid; Take the dilution 200 μL, and then add 100 μL of sample liquid as the liquid to be tested.

5 sample testing

(1) Tear off the aluminum foil bag, take out the test card and dropper, and place it horizontally on the table;

(2) Pipette 120 µL (or take 4 drops with dropper) of the test liquid, and add it vertically to the sample hole (S) of the test card;

5.3 Start timing after adding the sample, the result should be read in 8-10 minutes, and the result interpretation over 10 minutes is invalid.

Negative: The test line T-line shows that it is deeper or as deep as the quality control line C-line, indicating that the sulfonamide content in the sample is lower than the detection limit or there is no residue;

Positive: The test line T-line has no color development or the T-line is significantly lighter than the C-line, indicating that the concentration of sulfonamide drugs in the sample is higher than the detection limit;

Failure: In the detection window, the quality control line C-line does not appear, which may be improperly operated or the test card is invalid.

7 Precautions

(1) Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags should not be used.

(2) When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and opened. The opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure after moisture.
