Aflatoxin B1 Colloidal Gold Quick Detection Card Instruction Manual
1 Principle and Use
Aflatoxin B1 (AFB) is one of the most carcinogenic chemicals currently known. AQSIQ stipulates that Aflatoxin B1 is one of the mandatory inspection items for most foods. This product is used for rapid detection of aflatoxin B1 residues in grains and feeds. The whole detection process only takes about 20 minutes. It is suitable for all kinds of enterprises and testing institutions.

4 sample pretreatment
[Sample processing] (take grain sample as an example)
4 Take 1 gram of sample in a 15 mL centrifuge tube;
4 Add 4 mL of 20% methanol aqueous solution upside down and mix for 1 minute, 4000 rpm Centrifuge for 5 minutes; 117277984ove.3 Pipette or dropper Aspirate 120 µL (about 4 drops) of the upper layer solution in the gold standard micropores, wait for 2 minutes, and blow the liquid in the micropores repeatedly with the dropper To completely dissolve the red material in the hole, pending inspection. (Note that when handling the oil sample, the lower layer of liquid is taken, and the upper layer of oil can be removed first and then the lower layer of liquid is removed, so as not to affect the experimental results.)
5 Sample Testing
5.1 Tear off the aluminum foil packaging bag of the detection card, take out the detection card, and put it on a flat and clean countertop.
5 Transfer all the liquid to be detected in the gold-labeled micropores to the sample well of the detection card;
5 Start timing after adding the sample, and judge the result after placing it at room temperature for 8-10 minutes, and the interpretation at other times is invalid.
6 result judgment
negative (-): In the detection window, the purple-red line appears on the control line (C), and the color development of the detection line (T) is consistent with or deeper than the control line, indicating that the concentration of aflatoxin B1 in the sample is lower than the detection limit or does not contain aflatoxin B1.
Positive (+): In the detection window, the control line (C) appears purplish-red line, and the detection line (T) is not colored or lighter than the control line, indicating that the concentration of aflatoxin B1 in the sample is higher than the detection limit.
Invalid: In the test window, the control line (C) does not appear purple line, indicating that the operation process is incorrect or the test card has failed. It should be re-tested.
7 Precautions
7 Products that have expired or the aluminum foil bag is damaged cannot be used.
7. 2 When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and then opened. The test card after opening should be used as soon as possible to avoid moisture failure.
7 Do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test card.
7. 4 The sample solution to be tested should be clear, no cloudy particles, and no bacterial contamination, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as blockage and inconspicuous color development, which will affect the judgment of experimental results.
7 Do not reuse the matching dropper to avoid cross-contamination.
7.6 Aflatoxin B1 is a highly toxic item, please wear gloves to operate.
8 specificity
This product does not cross-react with zearalenone, fumonitoxin, and deoxynivalenol in grain and oil.
9 Storage and shelf life
9 Storage conditions: The kit is stored in a dry environment at 2-30 ° C.
9.2 Shelf life: 1 year, see the outer packaging for the production date.
