Instructions for Use
1 Principle and Use of Aflatoxin M1 Colloidal Gold Rapid Detection Card
This product is made of the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography for detecting aflatoxin M1 residues in milk samples (except yogurt). After the sample solution is dropped into the sample hole of the detection card, the aflatoxin M1 in the sample solution binds to the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the aflatoxin M1 conjugate on the cellulose membrane. When the aflatoxin M1 content in the sample solution is greater than the detection limit, the detection line T does not show color, and the result is positive; when the aflatoxin M1 content in the sample solution is less than the detection limit, the detection line T shows purplish red, and the result is negative.
2 technical indicators
Detection sensitivity: 0.05 µg/kg (ppb)
3 You need to bring your own tools
Pipette (0.1-1 ml), timer.
4 sample pretreatment
The temperature of the test environment should be above room temperature of 20 ° C. Frozen raw milk, obvious particles, easy to lead to incomplete running plate, at this time must be heated with a heater or centrifuged to take the middle layer sample for testing.
5 sample testing
5.1 Tear off the test card aluminum foil bag, take out the test card/gold standard micropore/dropper (a total of 3 kinds of consumables), and place it on a flat and clean table.
5 with pipette or aluminum foil bag matching dropper suction sample liquid to be tested 150 µL (about 6 drops) in the gold standard micropores, horizontal stand for 2 minutes, and then repeatedly blow the micropores with a dropper purplish-red substance to completely dissolve; all the liquid in the gold standard micropores is added dropwise to the sample hole (S) of the detection card;
5 start timing after adding the sample, and leave it at room temperature for 8-10 minutes to judge the result, other time interpretation is invalid.
6 the result is judged
negative: the control line (C) appears purplish-red line, the detection line (T) is deeper or as deep as the C line, indicating that the concentration of aflatoxin M1 in the sample is lower than the detection limit or no aflatoxin M1.
Positive: Purple red line appears on the control line (C), and the detection line (T) does not show color or the T line is significantly lighter than the C line, indicating that the concentration of aflatoxin M1 in the sample is higher than the detection limit.
Failure: In the detection window, the control line (C) does not appear purplish red line.
7 Precautions
7 Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags should not be used.
7 When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and opened. The opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure after moisture.
7 Do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test card.
7.4 The liquid extraction dropper cannot be mixed to avoid cross contamination.
7 The sample solution to be tested should be clear, free of cloudy particles, and free of bacterial contamination, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as blockage and inconspicuous color development, which will affect the judgment of experimental results.
8 Storage and shelf life
