Poppy Shell Colloidal Gold Rapid Detection Card Instruction

1. Principle and Use

This product is made of the principle of competitive inhibition of colloidal gold immunochromatography for rapid detection of poppy shell (morphine) residues in hot pot. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample well of the detection card, the morphine in the sample solution binds to the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the morphine conjugate on the cellulose membrane. When the morphine content in the sample solution is greater than the detection limit, the detection line T does not show color, and the result is positive; when the morphine content in the sample solution is less than the detection limit, the detection line T shows purplish red, and the result is negative.

Third, you need to bring your own tools

Balance, weighing spoon, pipette (20-200 µL, 1-5 mL), vortex meter (optional), boiling water, timer.

Fourth, sample pretreatment

1, hot pot base:

Take 1 gram of hot pot base in a 50 mL centrifuge tube, add 20 mL of boiling water, and mix well;

After cooling, remove the layer of liquid 200 µL (about 6 drops) with a pipette or dropper into a 5 mL centrifuge tube;

Add 4.5 mL of diluent and shake violently for 1 minute as the liquid to be tested.

2. Cooked hot pot:

Remove the layer of liquid 200 µL (about 6 drops) with a pipette or dropper into a 5 mL centrifuge tube;

Add 4.5 mL of dilution and shake violently for 1 minute as the liquid to be tested.

5. Sample measurement

Read the instructions completely before the test, and return the test card and the liquid to be tested to room temperature (20~ 30 ° C).

Place the test card horizontally, and suck 120 µL of the liquid to be tested (about 4 drops) into the sample well with a dropper. Start timing after adding the sample. Read the results after 8~ 10 minutes, and the results at other times are invalid.

Negative (-): T-line (detection line, near the end of the sample well) color, indicating that the morphine concentration in the sample is lower than the detection limit or does not contain morphine.

Positive (+): T-line has no color, the morphine concentration in the sample is higher than the detection limit.

Invalid: No C-line (control line) appears, it may be improper operation or the reagent strip has failed, and it should be re-tested.

Six, Precautions

1, please use as soon as possible after taking out the test card from the packaging bag, do not touch the white film in the center of the test card;

2, avoid experimenting at too high or too low temperature, the high temperature detection time should be shortened as appropriate, and the low temperature should be extended appropriately. It is recommended to return to room temperature for testing;

Seven, Precautions

1, expired or damaged products of aluminum foil bags should not be used.

2, the test card should be restored to room temperature after opening when it is taken out of the refrigerator, and the opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure after moisture.

3, do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test card.

4, the liquid dropper should not be mixed to avoid cross contamination.

5, the sample solution to be tested should be clear, no cloudy particles, no bacterial contamination, otherwise it is easy to cause blockage, color development is not obvious and other abnormal phenomena, thus affecting the judgment of experimental results.
