1. Method principle

four, sample determination
solid sample:
1, weigh the minced or shredded sample 1.0 g in 15 mL centrifuge tube, add about 9 mL of pure water Add 0.5 mL of the upper liquid to the detection tube, add 1 drop of reagent A and 1 mL of extractant, mix upside down for 20 times, suck out and discard all the upper liquid with a straw, add 2 mL of pure water to the detection tube, 3 drops of reagent B, mix upside down for 20 times, after the liquid is layered, all the upper liquid is sucked out and discarded, and 1-2 drops of the lower liquid are removed in the test area of the detection card, and the analysis software is used for detection.
Liquid sample (non-alcoholic):
Take 0.5 mL of the liquid to be tested in the detection tube with a disposable straw, add 1 drop of reagent A and 1 mL of extractant, mix upside down 20 times, suck out and discard all the upper liquid with a straw, add 2 mL of pure water to the detection tube, 3 drops of reagent B, mix upside down 20 times, after the liquid is layered, all the upper liquid is sucked out and discarded, remove 1-2 drops of the lower liquid in the test area of the detection card, and use the analysis software for detection.
Liquid sample (containing alcohol):
Take 0.5 mL of the liquid to be tested in the wine sample purification tube with a disposable straw, add 1 mL of extractant, and mix upside down 10 times.
Absorb all the upper liquid into the detection tube, add 1 drop of reagent A, 1 mL of extractant, mix upside down for 20 times, suck out and discard all the upper liquid with a straw, add 2 mL of pure water to the detection tube, 3 drops of reagent B, mix upside down for 20 times, after the liquid is layered, all the upper liquid is sucked out and discarded, remove 1-2 drops of the lower liquid into the test area of the detection card, and use analytical software for detection.
5. Detection limit
The detection limit of saccharin sodium in this kit is 5 mg/kg.
Six, precautions
1, the entire testing process should be completed within 2 minutes, otherwise the result is invalid, the instrument parameters must be set before testing;
2, the kit used in the centrifuge tube and other consumables please directly rinse with water, can not be washed with washing powder, detergent and other detergents.
