1 Principle and Use

This product is used to detect tadalafil in health foods, drugs and alcohol. The principle is made by applying the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography for detecting tadalafil residues. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample well of the detection card, the tadalafil in the sample solution is combined with the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the tadalafil non-conjugate on the cellulose membrane. The detection result is judged by the color depth of the C and T lines.

5 sample pretreatment

5.1 granules, tablets, pills: take 1 piece/piece (about 0.5 g crushed into powder, add 5ml tube;

hard capsule: unscrew the hard capsule shell, weigh 0.5g of the content in 5ml tube;

soft capsule: pierce the hole with a needle, take about 0.5g of the content and pour or squeeze into 5ml tube;

alcohol liquid Agent: Absorb 0.5mL of the wine sample to be tested in a 5ml tube with a syringe.

5 Add 5ml of purified water to the above tube, shake violently and mix for 3 minutes to fully dissolve it as the sample liquid to be tested.

6 sample detection

6 Take out the detection card from the original packaging bag and place it horizontally on the front of the observer;

6 Absorb 120 µL (about 4 drops) of the sample liquid to be tested with a dropper, add it dropwise in the gold standard micropores, blow and mix well, until the red substance in the gold standard micropores is completely dissolved, wait for 2 minutes;

6 Absorb all the liquid in the micropores and add it dropwise to the sample well of the detection card;

6.4 Start timing after adding the sample, leave it at room temperature for 8-10 minutes to judge the result, other results are invalid.

7 result judgment

negative: both the control line (C) and the detection line (T) have purplish lines, indicating that the concentration of tadalafil in the sample is lower than the detection limit or there is no tadalafil residue.

Positive: Purple red line appears on the control line (C), and the test line (T) does not show color, indicating that the concentration of tadalafil in the sample is higher than the detection limit.

Failure: In the detection window, the control line (C) does not appear Purple red line.

8 Precautions

8 Products that have expired or the aluminum foil bag is damaged cannot be used.

8 When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and opened. The opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure after moisture.

8 Do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test card.

8.4 The liquid extraction dropper cannot be mixed to avoid cross-contamination.

8 The sample solution to be tested should be clear, no cloudy particles, and no bacterial contamination, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as blockage and insignificant color development, which will affect the judgment of experimental results.

9 Storage and shelf life

Storage conditions: The kit is stored in a dry environment at 2-30 ° C.
