Summary

Amantadine (AMA) and its related drugs are antiviral drugs, the earliest antiviral drugs used to inhibit influenza virus. Long-term consumption of livestock and poultry products containing amantadine and other antiviral drug residues will pose a great threat to human health. The Ministry of Agriculture has announced in 2005 that it is prohibited to use amantadine and other antiviral drugs in animal products. This product is suitable for enterprises, testing institutions, supervision departments and other on-site rapid detection.

Detection principle

This product is made by applying the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography to detect amantadine residues in poultry egg samples. After the sample solution is dripped into the sample hole of the test card, the sulfonamide drug in the sample solution is combined with the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the sulfonamide drug conjugate on the cellulose membrane.
