Thiamethione Pesticide Colloidal Gold Rapid Detection Card Instruction Manual in Ginger
Product number: YB083C02K
summary
| |
Thiamethione is a neonicotinoid insecticide, which mainly acts on the nervous system of insects. It can selectively bind to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor in insects, block the transmission of nerve signals, and finally kill pests. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, strong internal absorption, long shelf life and high safety.
Detection principle
| |
This product adopts the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. The thiamethione in the sample binds to the specific antibody labeled with colloidal gold, inhibiting the antibody and NC film detects the binding of antigens on the line (T line), resulting in the change of the color depth of the T line; the color depth judgment result is based on the T line and the quality control line (C line).
purpose
| |
It is used for primary screening and detection of thiamethione in fresh vegetables, fruits and other samples.
Note: The types of test samples refer to the national standard GB2763。

Precautions
| |
( 1) Tools such as knives, scissors, and stickers used to treat samples before testing should be cleaned to avoid cross-contamination.
( 2) Sample requirements: Avoid spoiling and deteriorating samples; avoid large pieces of soil (which can be thrown off or wiped off with other clean items).
( 3) Before testing, it is recommended that the sample be fully stirred and mixed (if the sample is small, the representative part should be taken, and then the sample should be weighed), so that the test results can more accurately reflect the actual drug residue of the sample.
( 4) The test environment temperature should be controlled at 17 to 30 degrees Celsius. Excessive or low temperatures can affect the test results.
( 5) Please follow the detection steps for testing. Do not touch the color rendering area of the test strip during operation, and avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of the electric fan.
( 6) The sample solution to be tested needs to be clarified, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as insignificant color development, which will affect the judgment of the experimental results.
( 7) Products that have expired or the aluminum foil bag is damaged cannot be used. Please use the test card immediately after unpacking.
( 8) Please use the sample as soon as possible after processing. If it takes too long, you need to reprocess the sample for testing.
( 9) When a positive result appears, it is recommended to retest. The test results of this product are for reference only. If you need confirmation, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.
( 10) When adding standard for verification, methanol is generally selected as the solvent for the standard solution, and the final sample is recommended to be 10-50 μL.
( 11) When directly testing the standard solvent, use the extract of the kit, and the amount of organic solvent added should be controlled within 1%. Tap water, distilled water, purified water, or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.
safety instructions
| |
( 1) The experiment needs to match the corresponding experimental equipment and wear the necessary experimental equipment (white clothes, gloves, masks, etc.).
( 2) The test kit should be properly stored in a place that is not easily accessible to children.
( 3) After the experiment, maintain the cleanliness of the laboratory and the flow of air in the experimental environment.
( 4) This product is a one-time product and should be properly disposed of after testing. The experimental waste should be collected separately. It is recommended to dispose of it as medical waste.
( 5) The reagents involved in this product are safe and reliable, and do not contain carcinogenic, highly toxic, flammable, explosive, or highly corrosive reagents, but they should not be eaten.
