1 Principle and Use

This product is made using the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography for the detection of Tilmicosin in samples. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample well of the detection card, the Tilmicosin in the sample solution binds to the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the Tilmicosin conjugate on the cellulose membrane. The result is judged according to the color development depth of the T-line and the C-line.

4 sample pretreatment

(1) Take a certain amount of chopped adipose tissue samples, homogenized with a homogenizer;

(2) Weigh about 0.25 grams of homogeneous material in the detection tube;

(3) Add 0.75 mL dilution, vigorous shaking for 5 minutes;

(4) at room temperature 4000 rpm centrifugal 5 minutes, supernatant as the liquid to be tested;

5 sample detection

(1) Tear the detection card aluminum foil bag, remove the detection card/gold microporous/dropper (a total of 3 kinds of consumables), placed on a flat, clean table.

(2) Absorb 120 µL (about 4 drops) of the above test solution into the gold-labeled micropores with a pipette or a dropper in an aluminum foil bag, blow with a dropper until the purplish-red substance in the pores is completely dissolved, let stand horizontally, and wait for the reaction for 2 minutes; all the liquid in the gold-labeled micropores is added dropwise to the sample well (S) of the detection card;

(3) Start timing after adding the sample, leave it at room temperature for 8-10 minutes to judge the result, and the interpretation at other times is invalid.

negative (-): the purplish-red line appears on the control line (C), and the color development of the detection line (T) is consistent with or deeper than that of the C line, indicating that the concentration of timicosin in the sample is lower than the detection limit or

Positive (+): Purple-red line appears on line C, T line does not develop color or is lighter than line C, indicating that the concentration of timicosin in the sample is higher than the detection limit.

7 Precautions

(1) Products that have expired or the aluminum foil bag is damaged should not be used.

(2) When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and opened. The opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure after moisture.

(3) Do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test card.

(4) The liquid extraction dropper should not be mixed to avoid cross-contamination.

(5) The liquid to be tested should be clear, free of cloudy particles, and free of bacterial contamination, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as blockage and inconspicuous color development, which will affect the judgment of experimental results.

(6) Please store the reagent in a place that is not easy for children to contact, and do not eat the equipped reagent.

(7) If you need to directly test the standard product, please prepare it with the diluent provided in the kit.

8 Storage and shelf life
