1, Detection Principle

This test strip applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. Salbutamol (Salbutamol) in the sample binds to the specific antibody labeled with colloidal gold during the flow process, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the antigen-BSA conjugate on the NC membrane detection line (T-line), resulting in a change in the color depth of the detection line (T-line); according to the color development of the T-line and the C-line Judgment result.

2, the scope of application

is suitable for the qualitative detection of salbutamol in tissue (pork, beef, lamb) samples.

4, sample pretreatment method

(1) take an appropriate amount of tissue samples to remove fat or homogenized in a homogenizer for 1 minute;

(2) weighed 4 g of homogenized tissue samples to the frozen storage tube, tighten the cap, in a water bath above 90 ℃ for 10 minutes;

(3) cooled to room temperature, with a dropper to absorb the special PBST buffer clenbuterol, dropwise 3 drops into the detection tube, and then sucking the supernatant after cooling the gravy, dropwise 3 drops into the detection tube, thoroughly mixed, pending inspection.

5, operation steps

(1) Tear off the aluminum foil bag, take out the test card, and place it horizontally on the desktop;

(2) Absorb the sample solution to be tested with a dropper, and add 4 drops (120 µL) vertically to the sample hole of the test card (S);

(3) Start timing after adding the sample, the result should be read in 3 to 5 minutes, and the interpretation at other times is invalid.

6, the result is judged

Negative (1): C-line color development, T-line color development, regardless of the color depth, indicates that the concentration of the substance to be tested in the sample is lower than the detection limit.

Positive (+): C-line color development, T-line color development, indicates that the concentration of the substance to be tested in the sample is equal to or higher than the detection limit.

Invalid: No C line appears, indicating that the operation process is incorrect or the test strip has failed. In this case, the instructions should be read carefully again and re-tested with a new test strip.

7, Precautions

(1) Please follow the operation steps to test. Do not touch the color-developing area of the test strip during operation, and avoid direct sunlight during detection.

(2) This test strip is a disposable product, please do not reuse it.

(3) The test results of this product are for reference only. If you need confirmation, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.

(4) If you need to directly test the standard product, you need to prepare the special PBST dilution solution for ractopamine in the kit.

8, storage conditions and valid period

Storage conditions: 4-30 ℃ Store in the dark, do not freeze.

The valid period of this product is 12 months.
