Overview

Tebuconazole is a high-efficiency, broad-spectrum and internal absorption triazole fungicide with three functions of protection, treatment and eradication. Mainly used for the prevention and control of various fungal diseases on wheat, rice, peanuts, vegetables, bananas, apples, pears and corn sorghum and other crops.

Detection Principle

This product applies the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography to detect pentazole residues in vegetables and fruits. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample hole of the detection card, the pentazole alcohol in the sample solution is combined with the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding with the pentazole alcohol conjugate on the cellulose membrane, and the detection result is judged by the color depth of the C and T lines.

Scope of application

This product is suitable for qualitative detection of pentazole alcohol residues in fresh vegetables, fruits and other samples.

(2) The test environment temperature should be controlled at 18~ 30 ℃. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the test results.

(3) Please follow the test steps to test. Do not touch the color-developing area of the test strip during operation. Avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of electric fans.

(4) Please use the sample as soon as possible after processing. If the time is too long, you need to re-process the sample for re-testing.

(5) The sample solution to be tested needs to be clarified, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as inconspicuous color development, which will affect the judgment of experimental results.

(6) Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags cannot be used. Please use the test card immediately after unpacking.

(7) This product is a one-time product. Please do not reuse or mix test cards from different batches.

(8) It is recommended to retest when positive results appear. The test results of this product are for reference only. If you need to confirm, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.

(9) When evaluating the product, if you need to directly test the standard product, you need to use the special dilution in the kit.

(10) Tap water, distilled water, purified water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.

(1) The experiment needs to match the corresponding experimental equipment and wear the necessary experimental equipment (white clothes, gloves, masks, etc.).

(2) The test kit needs to be stored in a place that is not easy for children to contact, and do not eat the equipped reagents.

(4) Keep the laboratory clean and the air circulation of the experimental environment after the experiment.
