1 Principle and Use of Mogol Colloidal Gold Rapid Detection Card
This product is made of the principle of competitive inhibition of colloidal gold immunochromatography for the detection of Mogol pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample hole of the detection card, the mogol in the sample solution is combined with the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the mogol conjugate on the cellulose membrane. The detection result is judged by the color depth of the C and T lines.

5 Sample pretreatment
Take an appropriate amount of sample, cut it into 2-3 mm length, weigh the shredded sample 1.0 g in the sample cup, add 1 ml dioscorea dilution, fully shake for 2 minutes, to be tested;
6 sample detection
6 Tear off the aluminum foil bag, take out the test card, and place it horizontally on the table;
6.2 Absorb the sample solution to be tested with a dropper, add 4 drops (about 120 µL) vertically to the gold standard micropores, and then use the dropper to fully mix the red substance in the micropores and the solution to be tested, and let it stand for 2 minutes;
6 Absorb all the liquid dropwise and add it to the sample well of the detection card (S);
6. 4 Start timing after adding the sample, and leave it at room temperature for 8-10 minutes to judge the result, and other results are invalid.
7 The judgment
negative: both the control line (C) and the detection line (T) appear purplish-red lines, indicating that the concentration of digol in the sample is lower than the detection limit or there is no digol residue.
Positive: Purple red line appears on the control line (C), and the test line (T) does not show color, indicating that the concentration of diethyl in the sample is higher than the detection limit.
Failure: In the detection window, the control line (C) does not appear Purple red line.
8 Precautions
8 Products that have expired or the aluminum foil bag is damaged cannot be used.
8 When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and opened. The opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure after moisture.
8 Do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test card.
8 The liquid extraction dropper should not be mixed to avoid cross-contamination.
8.5 The sample solution to be tested should be clear, free of cloudy particles, and free of bacterial contamination, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as blockage and inconspicuous color development, which will affect the judgment of experimental results.
8 If you need to directly test the standard product, you need to prepare the dipol dilution in the kit.
9 Storage and shelf life
9 Storage conditions: 4-30 ℃ in the dark, do not freeze.
9.2 Shelf life: valid period 1 year, see the outer packaging for the production date.
