Detection Principle


This product adopts the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. Sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate in the sample binds to the specific antibody labeled with colloidal gold to inhibit the binding of the antibody and the antigen on the detection line (T line) in the test strip, resulting in a change in the color depth of the detection line. Regardless of whether the sample contains the substance to be tested, the quality control line (C line)

will develop color to show that the detection is valid.

Scope of application


This product is suitable for qualitative detection of sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate residues in fresh bean sprouts samples.
