1 Principle and Use

This product is made of the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography for the detection of enrofloxacin drug residues in tissue and egg samples. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample well of the test card, the enrofloxacin drug in the sample solution binds to the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the enrofloxacin drug conjugate on the cellulose membrane. The result is judged according to the color depth of the T-line and the C-line.

2 Technical indicators

4 sample pretreatment

tissue sample:

(1) Take a certain amount of chopped adipose tissue sample and homogenize it with a homogenizer;

(2) Weigh about 0.25 g of homogeneous material in the test tube;

(3) Add 1 mL of dilution and shake violently for 1 minute;

(4) Centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 5 minutes at room temperature with supernatant as the solution to be tested;

egg sample:

(1) Break fresh eggs into a cup and mix well (egg whites and yolks are well mixed);

(2) Aspirate 0.2 g of well-mixed egg sample into the test tube and add 1.2 mL of dilution;

(3) Vibrate violently for 1 minute or repeatedly suck the liquid in the test tube with a dropper ( The number of times of suction and beating is not less than 10 times), which is the liquid to be tested;

5 sample testing

(1) Tear open the aluminum foil bag of the detection card, take out the detection card/gold microporous/dropper (a total of 3 kinds of consumables), and put it on a flat and clean table.

(2) with a pipette or aluminum foil bag matching dropper to absorb the above test liquid 120 µL (about 4 drops) in the gold standard micropores, horizontal stand for 2 minutes, and then repeatedly blow the purple material in the micropores with a dropper to completely dissolve; all the liquid in the gold standard micropores is added dropwise to the sample hole (S) of the detection card;

(3) start timing after adding the sample, and leave it at room temperature for 8-10 minutes to judge the result, other time interpretation is invalid.

6 the results

negative: the test line T line shows that it is deeper or as deep as the quality control line C line, indicating that the content of enrofloxacin in the sample is lower than the detection limit or there is no residue;

positive: the test line T line has no color development or the T line is significantly lighter than the C line, indicating that the drug concentration of enrofloxacin in the sample is higher than the detection limit;

failure: In the detection window, the quality control line C line does not appear, and may be operated improperly or the test card is invalid.

7 Precautions

(1) Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags should not be used.

(2) When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and opened. The opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure after moisture.

(3) Do not touch the white film surface in the center

(4) The liquid dropper should not be mixed to avoid cross-contamination.

(5) The sample solution to be tested should be clear, free of cloudy particles, and free of bacterial contamination, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as blockage and insignificant color development, thus affecting the determination of experimental results.

(6) Please store the reagents in a place that is not easy for children to contact, and do not eat the reagents provided.

(7) If you need to directly test the standard product, please prepare it with the PBST buffer provided in the kit.

8 Storage and shelf life
