Chlorpromazine Colloidal Gold Rapid Detection Card
Instruction Manual
1 Principle and Use
Chlorpromazine Detection Card is used for rapid detection of chlorpromazine residues in tissue samples. This product is made by applying the principle of competitive inhibition of colloidal gold immunochromatography and is used to detect chlorpromazine in samples. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample well of the detection card, the chlorpromazine in the sample solution binds to the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the chlorpromazine conjugate on the cellulose membrane. The result is judged according to the color development depth of the T-line and the C-line.
2 Technical indicators
Detection limit: 1 mg/kg (ppm)
3 your own tools
homogenizer/cooker; low speed centrifuge, vortex mixer (optional), electronic balance, pipette (1 ml), timer.
4 Sample pretreatment
Tissue samples should be stored refrigerated in the dark.
5 Take a certain amount of chopped adipose tissue samples and homogenize them with a homogenizer;
5 Weigh about 0.25 g of homogenate in a 5 mL centrifuge tube;
5 Add 0.75 mL of chlorpromazine dilution and shake vigorously for 5 minutes;
5 Centrifuge at 4000 rpm at room temperature (20-25 ° C) for 5 minutes;
5 Leave the supernatant for testing.
5 sample detection
(1) Tear off the aluminum foil bag of the detection card, take out the detection card/gold standard micropore/dropper (a total of 3 kinds of consumables), and put it on a flat and clean countertop.
(2) Use a pipette or a dropper in the aluminum foil bag to absorb 100 µL (about 3 drops) of the above liquid to be tested in the gold standard micropore, blow it with a dropper until the purplish-red substance in the hole is completely dissolved, let it stand horizontally, and wait for the reaction for 2 minutes; add all the liquid in the gold standard micropore dropwise into the sample hole (S) of the detection card; (3) Start timing after adding the sample, and leave it at room temperature for 15-20 minutes to judge the result, and the judgment is invalid at other times.
6 results
Negative (-): In the test window, the control line (C) appears purplish-red line, indicating that the concentration of chlorpromazine in the sample is below the detection limit or no chlorpromazine.
Positive (+): In the test window, the C line appears purplish-red line, and the T line does not develop color, indicating that the concentration of chlorpromazine in the sample is higher than the detection limit.
Invalid: The control line (C) does not appear purplish-red line.
7 Precautions
(1) Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags should not be used.
(2) When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and opened. The opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure.
(3) Do not touch the white film surface in the
(4) The liquid dropper should not be mixed to avoid cross-contamination.
(5) Please store the reagent in a place that is not easy for children to contact, and do not eat the equipped reagent.
(6) If you need to directly test the standard product, please prepare it with the dilution provided in the kit.
8 Storage and shelf life
(1) Storage conditions: 4-30 ° C Store in the dark, do not freeze.
(2) Shelf life: 1 year, see the outer packaging for the production date.
