Recruitment position: R & D engineer (PhD) Job responsibilities: Responsible for the core technology research and development and product upgrade of food safety testing reagents (such as pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, microorganisms, toxins, etc.); lead the establishment, optimization and verification of testing methodologies, and solve technical problems in the research and development process; track the dynamics of cutting-edge technologies and regulations in the industry, and promote the transformation and application of new technologies in products; participate in the application of scientific research projects (such as national/provincial scientific research funds, industry-university-research cooperation projects, etc.), and write technical documents and patents. 2. Job requirements: Age under 40 years old (born after October 1985), doctoral degree, food safety testing, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, food science and engineering and other related majors; with more than 2 years of food safety detection reagent research and development experience is preferred (such as pesticide residues/animal residues rapid detection, immunoassay, molecular diagnosis, etc.); familiar with the detection reagent R & D process, master HPLC, LC-MS, ELISA and other commonly used detection technologies, have independent R & D project experience is preferred; have good scientific research thinking, innovation ability and teamwork spirit, be skilled in writing Chinese and English technical literature and patents.
