Summary

Prochloraz & Prochloraz-manganese chloride complex is an imidazole broad-spectrum fungicide. It has obvious control effect on diseases caused by ascomycetes and demagiacs in various crops. It can be used for the prevention and control of diseases such as food, vegetables, and fruit trees. It has no internal absorption effect and has certain conduction properties. Prochloraz and Prochloraz are toxic fungicides. They are toxic for swallowing and inhalation. They can penetrate through the skin and are extremely toxic to aquatic organisms. They may have long-term adverse effects on the water environment.

Detection principle

This product adopts the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. Prochloramine in the sample binds to the specific antibody labeled with colloidal gold, which inhibits the binding of the antibody to the antigen on the NC film detection line (T line), resulting in the change of the color depth of the T line; according to the color development depth judgment result of the T line and the quality control line (C line).

Scope of application

This product is suitable for the qualitative detection of prochloramine residues in fresh vegetables, fruits and other samples.

(2) The test environment temperature should be controlled at 18~ 30 ℃, the temperature is too high or too low, will affect the test results.

(3) Please follow the test steps for testing. Do not touch the color-developing area of the test strip during operation to avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of electric fans.

(4) Please use the sample as soon as possible after processing. If the time is too long, you need to re-process the sample for re-testing.

(5) The sample solution to be tested needs to be clarified, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as insignificant color development, which will affect the judgment of experimental results.

(6) Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags cannot be used. Please use the test card immediately after unpacking.

(7) This product is a one-time product, please do not reuse or mix test cards from different batches.

(8) When a positive result appears, it is recommended to re-test. The test results of this product are for reference only. If you need confirmation, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.

(9) During product evaluation, if you need to directly test the standard product, you need to prepare the special dilution solution in the kit.

(10) Tap water, distilled water, purified water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.
