Overview

Tebuconazole is an efficient, broad-spectrum and internal absorption triazole fungicide, which has three functions of protection, treatment and eradication. Mainly used to control various fungal diseases on wheat, rice, peanuts, vegetables, bananas, apples, pears and corn sorghum and other crops.

Detection Principle

This product applies the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography to detect pentazole residues in vegetables and fruits. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample hole of the detection card, the pentazole alcohol in the sample solution is combined with the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding with the pentazole alcohol conjugate on the cellulose membrane, and the detection result is judged by the color depth of the C and T lines.

Scope of application

This product is suitable for qualitative detection of pentazole alcohol residues in fresh vegetables, fruits and other samples.

Precautions

(1) Tools such as knives, scissors, and stickers for pre-testing samples should be cleaned to avoid cross-contamination.

(2) Sample requirements: Avoid spoilage and deterioration of samples; avoid large pieces of soil (can be thrown off or erased with other clean items).

(3) Before testing, it is recommended that the samples be fully stirred and mixed (if there are few samples, representative parts should be taken and then weighed), so that the test results can more accurately reflect the actual drug residue of the samples.

(4) The test environment temperature should be controlled at 20~ 30 ℃. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the test results.

(5) Please follow the test steps for testing. Do not touch the color-developing area of the test strip during operation. Avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of electric fans.

(6) The sample solution to be tested needs to be clarified, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as inconspicuous color development, which will affect the judgment of experimental results.

(7) Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags should not be used. Please use the test card immediately after unpacking.

(8) Please use the sample as soon as possible after processing. If the time is too long, you need to reprocess the sample for re-testing.

(10) When adding standard for verification, methanol is generally selected for the solvent of the standard solution, and the final sample is recommended to be 10-50 μL.

(11) When directly testing the standard product, the solvent should be used to match the extraction solution of the kit, and the amount of organic solvent added should be controlled within 1%. Tap water, distilled water, purified water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.
