Summary

Fenthion (Fenthion) is an organophosphorus insecticide, which is more toxic to dogs and poultry, highly toxic to bees, no chronic toxicity, and low toxicity to humans and animals. It has contact and gastric toxicity to pests, and has a certain permeability to crops, but no internal absorption conduction effect, broad-spectrum insecticide, and rapid effect.

Detection Principle

This product adopts the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. The fenthion in the sample binds to the specific antibody labeled with colloidal gold, which inhibits the binding of the antibody to the antigen on the NC film detection line (T line), resulting in the change of the color depth of the T line; according to the color development depth of the T line and the quality control line (C line).

Scope of application

This product is suitable for qualitative detection of fenthion residues in fresh vegetables, fruits and other samples.

(6) The sample solution to be tested needs to be clarified, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as inconspicuous color development and affect the determination of experimental results.

(7) Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags cannot be used. Please use the test card immediately after unpacking.

(8) Please use the sample as soon as possible after processing. If the time is too long, you need to reprocess the sample for re-testing.

(9) When a positive result occurs, it is recommended to retest. The test results of this product are for reference only. If you need to confirm, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.

(10) When adding standards for verification, the solvent of the standard solution is generally methanol, and the final sample is recommended to add 10-50 μL.

(11) When directly testing the standard, the solvent should be used to match the extract of the kit. The amount of organic solvent added is controlled within 1%. Tap water, distilled water, purified water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.
