Abamectin Colloidal Gold Rapid Detection Card Instruction Manual

Product Number: YB082C01K

Summary

Abamectin is a highly effective and broad-spectrum antibiotic insecticide. It consists of a group of macrolide compounds, which have gastric toxicity and touch-killing effects on mites and insects. The active ingredients that can be rapidly decomposed and dissipated on the surface of sprayed leaves and penetrate into the parenchyma of plants can exist in the tissue for a long time and have conduction effect. Early symptoms after poisoning are pupil dilation, dysregulation of movement, and muscle tremor, generally resulting in a high degree of coma in patients.

Detection principle

This product adopts the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. The abamectin in the sample binds to the specific antibody labeled with colloidal gold, which inhibits the binding of the antibody to the antigen on the NC membrane detection line (T line), resulting in the change of the color depth of the T line; according to the color development depth judgment result of the T line and the quality control line (C line).

Scope of application

This product is suitable for the qualitative detection of abamectin residues in fresh vegetables, fruits and other samples.

Note: The type of test sample refers to the national standard GB2763.

Precautions

(1) Cutters, scissors, stickers and other tools for processing samples before testing should be cleaned to avoid cross-contamination.

(2) Sample requirements: Avoid spoiling and deterioration of samples; avoid large pieces of soil (can be thrown off or wiped with other clean items).

(3) Before the test, it is recommended that the sample be fully stirred and mixed (if the sample is less, the representative part should be taken, and then the sample should be weighed), so that the test results can more realistically reflect the actual drug residue of the sample.

(4) The test environment temperature should be controlled at 20~ 30 ℃. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the test results.

(5) Please follow the test steps to test. Do not touch the color-developing area of the test strip during operation. Avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of electric fans.

(6) The solution of the sample to be tested needs to be clarified, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as inconspicuous color development and affect the judgment of the experimental results.

(7) Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags cannot be used. Please use the test card immediately after unpacking.

(8) Please use the sample as soon as possible after processing. If the time is too long, you need to re-process the sample for re-testing.

(9) When a positive result appears, re-testing is recommended. The test results of this product are for reference only. If you need to confirm, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.

(10) When adding the standard for verification, methanol is generally selected for the standard solvent, and the final sample is recommended to add 10-50 μL.

(11) When directly testing the standard, the solvent should be used for the supporting extract of the kit. The amount of organic solvent added is controlled within 1%. Tap water, distilled water, purified water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.

Safety instructions

(1) The experiment should match the corresponding experimental equipment and wear the necessary experimental equipment (white clothes, gloves, masks, etc.).

(2) The test kit should be properly stored, please put it in a place that is not easy for children to come into contact with.

(3) After the experiment, keep the laboratory clean and the air flow of the experimental environment.

(4) This product is a disposable product, which should be properly disposed of after the test is completed. The experimental waste is collected separately. It is recommended to dispose of it according to the medical waste.

(5) The reagents involved in this product are safe and reliable, and do not contain carcinogenic, highly toxic, flammable, explosive, and highly corrosive reagents, but they should not be eaten.

Storage Conditions and Valid Period

(1) Original Packaging: Dry storage at 2-30 ° C in the dark, do not freeze, valid period 12 months.

(2) After unpacking: Use the test card immediately after unpacking, do not freeze.
