[Product Introduction]

This product is used to quickly detect the addition of sunset yellow in food. The whole detection process only takes 15 minutes, and the sensitivity is 10ppm. It is suitable for all kinds of enterprises and testing institutions. (The concentration of lemon yellow 100ppb will cause the T-line to have no color development.)

Balance, 1.5ml Centrifuge Tube

[Sample Processing]

Weigh 0.2g of sample epidermis to be tested or 0.2 ml of sample liquid in 1.5ml graduated centrifuge tube, then add 1ml of Sunset Yellow dilution, fully shake and mix for 3 min, 4000 rpm, centrifuge for 5 minutes, take the supernatant, pending inspection.

[Use Steps]

Read the instruction manual completely before testing, and restore the reagent plate and sample solution to room temperature (20 ℃~ 30 ℃) before use.

s Remove the reagent plate from the original packaging bag and place it horizontally on the front of the observer, as shown on the right side of the picture above (please use it immediately after opening);

s Absorb the sample solution to be tested with a dropper, add 4 drops (about 120 μL) vertically to the gold standard micropores,

s After 2 minutes, use a dropper to fully mix the gold in the micropores and the liquid to be tested, and transfer all the liquid to be tested in the gold standard micropores to the sample well of the detection card.

s The result should be read in 8-10 minutes, and the interpretation at other times is invalid.

[Results judgment]

s Negative (-): T-line (detection line, near the end of the sample hole) is darker or as deep as C-line, indicating that the concentration of sunset yellow in the sample is lower than the detection limit or there is no sunset yellow residue.

s Positive (+): T-line is significantly lighter than C-line or T-line has no color development, indicating that the concentration of sunset yellow in the sample is higher than the detection limit; 117277981400s Invalid: C-line does not appear, may be improperly operated or the reagent plate has failed. The instructions should be read again and re-tested with a new reagent plate.

[Precautions] s The reagent board is used at one time, do not use the expired reagent board;

s Do not touch the white film surface in the center of the reagent board;

s Do not reuse the equipped dropper to avoid cross-contamination;

s Do not eat the equipped reagents;

s If you encounter any problems with testing, please contact the supplier;
