Sodium pentachlorophenate colloidal gold rapid detection card
Instruction manual
1 principle and use
This product is used for rapid detection of aquatic products, livestock and poultry tissue samples (chicken, duck, pig, fish and shrimp) in sodium pentachlorophenate residues, the whole detection process only takes 30 minutes, the sensitivity is 5μg/kg (ppb), suitable for all kinds of regulatory units and enterprises.
2 kit composition
detection card (containing gold standard micropores, dropper, desiccant) 10/box; sodium pentachlorophenate complex solution 1 bottle;
reagent A 75mL; reagent B 6 mL; 1 copy of the manual. Equipment and reagents required for
3 117277984195.1 Instruments: homogenizer (scissors), graduated pipette, balance (sensitivity 0.01g), centrifuge, sample concentrator 117277984195.2 Micropipette: single pass 20µL-200µL, 100µL-1000µL
4 sample pretreatment
4 Take a certain amount of chopped adipose tissue sample and homogenize it with a homogenizer;
4 Weigh approximately 5 g of homogenate in a 50 mL centrifuge tube;
4 Add 7 mL of reagent A to the centrifuge tube containing the sample;
4 After 3 minutes of violent shaking, centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 5 minutes;
4 .5 Pipette 4 mL of supernatant in a clean centrifuge tube, air dry at 65 ° C (nitrogen); 117277984Gose.6 Pipette with Add 500 µL of reagent B and 300 µL of sodium pentachlorophenate complex solution to the blow-dried centrifuge tube, mix well, centrifuge for 1 minute at 4000 rpm at room temperature, and remove the lower layer of solution for inspection.
5 Sample Detection
5.1 Tear off the test card aluminum foil packaging bag, remove the test card, and place it on a flat, clean countertop.
5 Aspirate 120 µL of the lower liquid into the gold-labeled micropores, and mix it with a pipette (at least 10 times) until the red substance in the gold-labeled micropores is completely dissolved and wait for 2 minutes;
5 All the liquid in the suction micropores is added dropwise to the sample well of the detection card;
5 Start timing after adding the sample, and leave it at room temperature for 8-10 minutes to judge the result, and the other time interpretation is invalid.
6 The result judgment
negative (-): In the detection window, the purple line appears on the control line (C), and the color development of the detection line (T) is consistent with or deeper than the control line, indicating that the concentration of sodium pentachlorophenate in the sample is less than 5 μg/kg or does not contain sodium pentachlorophenate.
Positive (+): In the detection window, the purple line appears on the control line, and the detection line (T) does not show color or is lighter than the control line (C), indicating that the concentration of sodium pentachlorophenate in the sample is higher than 5 μg/kg.
Invalid: In the detection window, the purple line does not appear on the control line (C), indicating that the operation process is incorrect or the detection card has failed. The test should be repeated.
7 Precautions
7 Products that have expired or the aluminum foil bag is damaged should not be used.
7 When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and opened. The opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure after moisture.
7.3 Do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test card.
7 If you need to directly test the standard, we can provide the buffer for preparing the standard.
7 The sample solution to be tested should be clear, no cloudy particles, and no bacterial contamination, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as blockage and inconspicuous color development.
7 Do not reuse the matching dropper to avoid cross-contamination.
8 Storage and shelf life
8 Storage conditions: 4-30 ℃ Store in a dry environment, do not freeze.
8.2 Shelf life: valid period 1 year, see the box for the production date.
