1 Principle and Use

This product is used for the rapid detection of sildenafil in health foods, drugs and alcohol. The sensitivity of sildenafil is 1ppm, and the detection process only takes 15 minutes. It is suitable for all kinds of regulatory units and enterprises.

3 Instrument: graduated pipette, balance (sensitivity 0.01g)

3 .2 Micropipette: single channel 20µL-200µL, 100µL-1000µL

4 Sample pretreatment

4 .1 Sample by sample type.

Granules, tablets, pills: crushed into powder, weighed 0.5g in 5mL tube;

hard capsules: unscrew the capsule shell, weighed 0.5g of the content in 5mL tube;

soft capsules: cut the capsule shell with scissors, directly weighed 0.5g of the content in 5mL tube after extrusion;

Liquor: Pipette 0.5mL of the wine sample to be tested in 5mL tube.

4 Add 5mL of purified water to the above 5mL tube, shake violently and mix for 3 minutes to fully dissolve it.

5 sample testing

5.1 Tear open the aluminum foil packaging bag of the test card, take out the test card, and place it on a flat and clean countertop.

5 Aspirate 4 drops (about 120 µL) of the liquid to be detected and add it vertically to the gold standard microwell, wait for 2 minutes;

5 Aspirate all the liquid in the microwell and add it to the sample hole of the detection card;

5 Start timing after adding the sample, the result should be judged in 8-10 minutes, and the interpretation is invalid at other times.

6 result judgment

Negative (-): In the detection window, the control line (C) appears purplish-red line, and the detection line (T) is colored, indicating that the sildenafil concentration in the sample is below the detection limit or does not contain sildenafil.

Positive (+): In the detection window, the control line (C) appears purplish-red line, and the detection line (T) does not show color, indicating that the sildenafil concentration in the sample is higher than the detection limit.

Invalid: In the test window, the control line (C) does not appear purple line, indicating that the operation process is incorrect or the test card has failed. It should be re-tested.

7 Precautions

7 Products that have expired or the aluminum foil bag is damaged should not be used.

7. 2 When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and opened. The opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure after moisture.

7. 3 Do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test card.

7. If you need to directly test the standard, we can provide the buffer for preparing the standard.

7.5 The sample solution to be tested should be clear, free of cloudy particles, and free of bacterial contamination, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as blockage and insignificant color development, thus affecting the judgment of the experimental results.

8 Storage and shelf life

Storage conditions: The kit is kept at 4-30 ° C away from light, do not freeze.

Shelf life: valid period 1 year, see the box for the production date.
