1 Principle and Use

This product is used for rapid detection of sibutramine illegal addition in weight loss tea and drugs. The whole detection process only takes about 20 minutes. It is suitable for all kinds of enterprises and testing institutions.

2 Technical indicators

4 .1 Instrument: balance (sensitivity 0.01g)

4 .2 Micropipette: single channel 20µL-200µL, 100µL-1000µL

5 Sample pretreatment

Weigh 0.5g tea or drug to be tested, add 5ml of water, fully soaked, let stand and cool, pending inspection.

6.4 Start timing after adding the sample, the result should be judged in 8-10 minutes, and the interpretation is invalid at other times. 7 Results Judgment

Negative (-): In the detection window, the control line (C) appears purplish-red line, and the detection line (T) is colored, indicating that the concentration of sibutramine in the sample is lower than the detection limit or does not contain sibutramine.

Positive (+): In the detection window, the purple line appears on the control line (C), and the detection line (T) does not show color, indicating that the concentration of sibutramine in the sample is higher than the detection limit.

Invalid: In the detection window, the purple line does not appear on the control line (C), indicating that the operation process is incorrect or the test card has failed. Should be re-tested.

8 Precautions

8 Products that have expired or the aluminum foil bag is damaged should not be used.

8 When the test card is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature and opened. The opened test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid failure after moisture.

8 Do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test card.

8.4 The liquid extraction dropper should not be mixed to avoid cross contamination.

8 The sample solution to be tested should be clear, no cloudy particles, and no bacterial contamination, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as blockage and insignificant color development, which will affect the judgment of experimental results.

9 Storage and shelf life

Storage conditions: The kit is stored in a dry environment at 2-30 ° C.
