Summary

Amoxicillin (AMX) is an antibiotic drug, aminopenicillin belonging to the penicillin family. Can inhibit the synthesis of bacterial cell walls. It has efficient broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and has little toxic and side effects. It is often used in the treatment of bacterial infections. Due to the irregular use of amoxicillin drugs in the prevention and treatment process, many animal-derived foods often have such drug residues, which pose a hazard to human health. This product is suitable for dry enterprises, testing institutions, supervision departments and other on-site rapid detection.

Detection principle

Amoxicillin test card is used for rapid detection of amoxicillin residues in poultry egg samples. This product is made by applying the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography, which is used to detect amoxicillin in samples. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample hole of the detection card, the amoxicillin in the sample solution binds to the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the amoxicillin conjugate on the cellulose membrane. The result is judged according to the color depth of T-line and C-line.

Scope of application

This product is suitable for the qualitative detection of amoxicillin residues in fresh poultry eggs.

Precautions

(1) Before each sample, the cutting tool of the sample needs to be cleaned to avoid cross-contamination.

(2) The detection environment temperature should be controlled at 18~ 30 ℃, the temperature is too high or too low, which will affect the detection results.

(3) Please follow the test steps for testing. Do not touch the color-developing area of the test strip during operation to avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of electric fans.

(4) Please use the sample as soon as possible after processing. If the time is too long, you need to re-process the sample for re-testing.

(5) The solution of the sample to be tested needs to be clarified, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as inconspicuous color development, which will affect the judgment of the experimental results.

(6) Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags cannot be used. Please use the test card immediately after unpacking.

(7) This product is a one-time product. Do not reuse or mix test cards from different batches.

(8) When a positive result appears, it is recommended to re-test. The test results of this product are for reference only. If you need confirmation, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.

(9) During product evaluation, if you need to directly test the standard product, you need to prepare the special dilution solution in the kit.

(10) Tap water, distilled water, purified water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.

(1) The experiment needs to match the corresponding experimental equipment and wear the necessary experimental equipment (white clothes, gloves, masks, etc.)

(2) The test kit needs to be stored. Please put it in a place that is not easy for children to contact, and do not eat the reagents provided.
