Summary

Dimetridazole (DTZ) is an antigenic insect drug for animals. It is mainly used for avian vibrio hepatitis, poultry trichomoniasis, etc. It can also be used as a growth promoter to promote the production of pigs and chickens and improve feed conversion rate. "National Food Safety Standard, Maximum Residue Limits for Veterinary Drugs in Food" (GB.31650-2019) stipulates that dimetronidazole and metronidazole are veterinary drugs that must not be detected in animal foods.

Detection Principle

Dimetronidazole Detection Card is used for rapid detection of dimetronidazole residues in poultry egg samples. This product is made by applying the principle of competitive inhibition colloidal gold immunochromatography to detect dimetronidazole in samples. After the sample solution is dropped into the sample hole of the detection card, the dimetronidazole in the sample solution binds to the gold standard antibody, thereby preventing the gold standard antibody from binding to the dimetronidazole conjugate on the cellulose membrane. The result is judged according to the color development depth of T-line and C-line.

Scope of application

This product is suitable for the qualitative detection of dimetronidazole residues in fresh poultry eggs.

(2) The test environment temperature should be controlled at 18~ 30 ℃. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the test results.

(3) Please follow the test steps to test. Do not touch the color-developing area of the test strip during operation. Avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of electric fans.

(4) Please use the sample as soon as possible after processing. If the time is too long, you need to re-process the sample for re-testing.

(5) The sample solution to be tested needs to be clarified, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as inconspicuous color development, which will affect the judgment of experimental results.

(6) Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags cannot be used. Please use the test card immediately after unpacking.

(7) This product is a one-time product. Do not reuse or mix test cards from different batches.

(8) It is recommended to retest when positive results appear. The test results of this product are for reference only. If you need to confirm, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.

(9) When evaluating the product, if you need to directly test the standard product, you need to use the special dilution in the kit.

(10) Tap water, distilled water, purified water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.
