2, measure and add 3ml of dilution, mix manually upside down (amplitude 50 times/min), fully wash the sample for 2 minutes, let stand for 1 minute, to obtain the sample liquid, before testing with a 1.5mL centrifuge tube to dilute the sample liquid with the diluent in different proportions to obtain the liquid to be tested (sample liquid + dilution).
[Different sample detection limits and dilution ratio]
Below are various types of samples to be tested. Before testing, users need to dilute the operation. The dilution list is as follows:

[use steps]
1, read the instructions completely before the test, and restore the test card and the sample solution to room temperature (20 ℃ -30 ℃) before use.
2, remove the test card/dropper (a total of 2 consumables) from the aluminum foil bag, and place it horizontally on the front of the observer;
3, use the dropper in the aluminum foil bag to absorb the above diluted solution to be tested in different proportions 120 microliters (about 4 drops) in the test card plus the sample hole (S), and start timing after
4. The results should be read in 5-8 minutes, and the result interpretation at other times is invalid.
[Results Judgment]
Negative (1): The color development of the T-line (detection line, near the end of the sample hole) is darker or the same as that of the C-line (control line), indicating that the concentration of imidacloprid pesticide residues in the sample is lower than the detection limit value or no imidacloprid pesticide residues.
Positive (+): The color development of the T-line is lighter than that of the C-line, indicating that the concentration of imidacloprid pesticide residues in the sample is higher than the detection limit value; the shallower the T-line is than the C-line, indicating that the concentration of imidacloprid pesticide residues in the sample is higher.
Invalid: There is no In this case, the instructions should be read carefully again and re-tested with a new test card. If the problem still exists, stop using this batch of products immediately and contact the local supplier.
