Detection Principle

This product adopts the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. The cyromazine in the sample binds to the specific antibody labeled with colloidal gold, which inhibits the binding of the antibody to the antigen on the NC membrane detection line (T line), resulting in the change of the color depth of the T line; according to the color development depth judgment result of the T line and the quality control line (C line).

Scope of application

This product is suitable for the qualitative detection of cyromazine residues in fresh vegetables, fruits and other samples.

(2) The test environment temperature should be controlled at 18~ 30 ℃. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the test results.

(3) Please follow the test steps to test. Do not touch the color-developing area of the test strip during operation. Avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of electric fans.

(4) Please use the sample as soon as possible after processing. If the time is too long, you need to re-process the sample for re-testing.

(5) The sample solution to be tested needs to be clarified, otherwise it will easily lead to abnormal phenomena such as inconspicuous color development, which will affect the judgment of experimental results.

(6) Products that have expired or damaged aluminum foil bags cannot be used. Please use the test card immediately after unpacking.

(7) This product is a one-time product. Do not reuse or mix test cards from different batches.

(8) It is recommended to retest when positive results appear. The test results of this product are for reference only. If you need to confirm, please refer to the relevant national standards and methods.

(9) When evaluating the product, if you need to directly test the standard product, you need to use the special dilution in the kit.

(10) Tap water, distilled water, purified water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.
