[Product introduction]

This product is clenbuterol hydrochloride, ractopamine, salbutamol muscle tissue residue triple detection card, the whole detection process only takes 5 minutes to 10 minutes, the detection limit is 3ng/mL (ppb), 5ng/mL and 5ng/mL, suitable for all kinds of enterprises and testing institutions.

[sample processing]

1, the muscle tissue sample to be tested homogenate;

2, accurately weigh the muscle tissue sample after 1.00 g 0.05 g homogenate in 10 mL centrifuge tube;

3, add 1 mL sample extract, whirl for 1 min; room temperature 4000 rpm centrifuge for 10 min, carefully remove the centrifuge tube, to be tested.

[steps]

1, read the instruction manual completely before testing, and return the test card and sample solution to room temperature (20 ℃~ 30 ℃).

2, take out the test card from the packaging bag and place it flat on the desktop, please use it as soon as possible after tearing open the packaging bag;

3, carefully absorb the supernatant in the centrifuge tube with a dropper, add 3 drops (about 80 μL) in the sample hole (S hole);

4, 5 minutes to 10 minutes after adding the sample, observe the determination result of the color development area, and the interpretation of more than 15 minutes is invalid.

[Results Judgment]

Negative (-): Both C and T lines are colored, indicating that the content of clenbuterol in the sample is lower than the detection limit or does not contain clenbuterol;

Positive (+): C line is colored, T line is not colored or close to colorless, indicating that the corresponding content of clenbuterol in the sample is equal to or higher than the detection limit;

Invalid: No C line (control line) appears, which may be due to improper operation or the failure of the test card. The instructions should be read carefully again and re-tested with a new test card.

[Specificity]

This product has no cross-reaction with streptomycin, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, sulfonamides and other drugs.

[Precautions]

1, the kit should not be frozen, do not store 4 ℃ refrigerator, avoid direct sunlight, the test sample is restored to room temperature and then tested;

2, do not touch the white film surface in the center of the test card;

3, drip, when absorbing the sample to be tested, please use this product with a dropper, dropper can not be mixed, so as not to cross contamination

4, test card unsealed, please use as soon as possible;

5, the sample extract can not be used as a negative control;

6, after centrifugation supernatant too much debris, can be appropriately extended centrifugation time;

7, this test card is a one-time product, do not reuse;

8, this test card is only used for initial screening, the final result is subject to the instrument method confirmation.

4 ℃~ 25 ℃ in a cool and dry place, do not freeze.
