Dual-channel heavy metal detector has two independent detection channels, through anodic stripping voltammetry, supporting disposable screen-printed electrodes can simultaneously detect lead and cadmium heavy metals in grain. Using room temperature extraction-purification enrichment technology, the heavy metals in grain can be effectively extracted in a short time, and then at a certain potential, the metal ions to be tested are reduced to metal elements and enriched on the electrode surface, and then a reverse voltage is applied to the electrode to oxidize the metal on the electrode surface to generate oxidation current. According to the voltammetric curve of the oxidation process, the concentration of the metal ions to be measured is calculated.
