1. Method Principle:

liquid dairy:
1, with a straw to take 1 ml of sample in the sample cup, add purified water to 10 ml scale, mixing, as the test liquid;
2, absorbing 1 ml of the test liquid in the colorimetric tube, plus 1 ml of reagent A (with a clean straw to avoid cross-contamination), upside down mixing; 3-5 minutes after comparison with the colorimetric card, the protein content in the sample can be obtained.
Milk powder:
1, weigh 1.0 g of the sample in the sample cup, add about 5 ml of purified water, stir to dissolve the sample completely, add purified water to 10 ml scale, mix well, as the sample dilution;
2, take 1 ml of sample dilution in the sample cup, add purified water to 10 ml scale, mix well, as the test liquid;
3, take 1 ml of the sample to be tested in the test tube, add 1 ml of reagent A (with a clean straw to avoid cross-contamination), mix up and down for 3-5 minutes and compare with the colorimeter, the protein content in the sample can be obtained.
